SHIPPING
Our Processing time is 1-7 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 1-4 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

During a Sale or major restock i.e (black friday, etc), processing times can take 5-10 business days, and shipping time Is 1-4 business days.

International orders can take 3-14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is selected at checkout. We do not cover any tariffs or custom fees.


We are not responsible for any lost items. If you selected Route Protect at checkout your package is fully covered from loss, damage, or theft for the subtotal amount. You must submit your claim through Route.

We shall not be held responsible for packages after they have been shipped.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.
If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to us, you are responsible for additional shipping fees.


RETURNS
All sales are final once the package has been opened. Defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof of purchase.

1. SHAMPOO

Always detangle your hair before wetting it using a wide tooth comb.

Oils and dirt cause build up which is a no-go. Some ladies prefer to co-wash (using only conditioner), which is perfectly fine but remember you still want to use a clarifying shampoo that will remove any and all debris. If you wash your hair weekly you can switch in between a regular shampoo and co-washing.

2. DEEP CONDITION

It is important that you condition your bundles, especially with curly hair. Conditioning helps with detangling, define curl pattern (if any), and adds moisture to the hair (that was stripped by the clarifying shampoo if you did not co-wash): You must retain moisture in the hair to prevent frizzing or tangling

3. HOW TO DRY

We recommend sitting under a dryer for at least 1 to 2 hours to make sure your entire hair is dry (even the braids). If your braids are not dry, you run the risk of having a mildew smell to your hair as well as unsightly molding, which will damage your hair.

If you bundles are not yet installed. Letting your bundles air dry does wor iders for them.)

4. BEDTIME HAIR

This is the best way to protect your hair at night. We recommend you use both a satin scarf and pillow. These satin items help your hair retain moisture and keep your hair soft, silky and laid.

5. CURLY HAIR

Curly hair has an extra step for nighttime routines, you can also do this for wavy hair to keep the waves defined. Sectioning the hair and braiding/twisting it is essential to maintaining the curl pattern and defining waves. Once you braid it, tie your hair with a satin scarf and you're ready for bed

6. MINIMUM HEAT

The purpose of wearing bundles is mostly to give your natural hair a break, so do just that. If you wear your bundles straight, wrap it with a few bobby pins at night to avoid using heat daily, and if you opt for voluminous curls pin curls are your solution. Only use heat it you must and that goes for your leave out too! You don't want a crispy, burnt leave out.

7. DON'T DRENCH YOUR BUNDLES IN PRODUCTS
